We are a print-on-demand store, which means each item is custom-made for you after you place your order. This approach allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs and minimise waste.

What currency are prices listed in?

For customers within Australia, prices are listed in AUD. For customers outside Australia, prices are displayed in USD across the store.

How long will it take to process my order?

Each item is made to order, so please allow [3-7] business days for us to create and prepare your order for shipping. Once production is complete, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer economy (in selected countries) and standard shipping options.

Please note: Shipping times vary based on location, carrier, and potential customs delays.

  • For US customers, shipping 5-10 business days 
  • For Australia, US, UK, rest of the world customers we aim to full fill orders in 10-20 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location, the selected shipping method, and order size. For orders within Australia, prices are in AUD. For orders outside Australia, prices are in USD. The total will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Keep in mind it can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the confirmation.

What if my package is delayed?

Our production and shipping times are estimates. External factors such as holidays, weather, or customs may cause delays. If you experience a delay, contact us at info@magentamodearts.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship internationally, and are there customs fees?

Yes, we ship internationally! However, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. We suggest checking with your local customs office to understand any additional charges.

What should I do if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, reach out to us by email at info@magentamodearts.com with your order number and all details stated in our Refund Policy. We’ll work with our print-on-demand provider to resolve the issue according to our Refund Policy.
